What are the advantages of booking in advance?
Booking in advance offers significant discounts on the standard tariffs. Also, it is much more convenient as it eliminates the search for an available parking space. Since booking in advance is ticketless, there is no need for keeping change in order to pay at payment machine. And there is no ticket to keep during the time away.
How to enter the car park?
Please insert your selected access medium (credit card, EC-card) into the ticket reader at the barrier. After examining your access medium the barrier will open. You can enter now. Please don’t forget to take your credit card or EC-card.
How to leave the car park?
Please insert your access medium (credit card, EC-card) into the ticket reader at the barrier. The barrier opens and you can leave. Please don’t forget to take your credit card or EC-card.
What if I stay longer than reserved?
In this case the parking exceeding your reserved parking period will be charged to your credit card or EC-card used as access medium when leaving the car park. The price for this time will be calculated based on the published standard tariffs that apply for non-prereserved parking.
Is it possible to modify or cancel my reservation?
Modifications or cancellations are not possible.
Do I have to use a specific parking space?
No, with your booking you reserve an unspecified parking space in the selected car park. We guarantee that there is a parking space available for you in the chosen car park.
Do I receive an invoice?
Yes, an invoice will be sent to you as attachment (pdf-format) to your booking confirmation by mail. To read the invoice Adobe Reader must be installed on your computer. To download Adobe Reader free of charge please click here.
What can I do if I encounter problems at the barrier?
At every entry and exit you find „help"-buttons. Pressing these buttons will directly connect you with the Apcoa staff at the airport. This service is available 24/7.
Do I have to pull a ticket at the entry?
No, you just need your access medium (e.g. credit card, EC-card). You will find the card you have chosen as access medium on your booking confirmation (sent by email).
Do I have to pass by a pay machine before leaving?
There is no need to go past a payment machine. You can go directly to your car and leave the car park.
What if the signs at the car park show „besetzt/occupied"?
These signs do not apply to you! You can enter anyway by using your access medium (e.g. credit card, EC-card). We guarantee that a parking space has been reserved for you even if the signs show „besetzt/occupied".
What happens if I try to enter the car park before the reserved period?
Generally a grace time is granted to allow you to enter the car park up to 60 minutes before the start of your reserved parking period. Please note that you have to use the selected access medium. If you pull a ticket you cannot use the chosen access medium to leave the car park.
What if I have pulled a ticket at the entry of the car park?
In order to make use of your booking you must use your access medium. Otherwise you cannot use the access medium to leave the car park. In case you have pulled a ticket please leave the car park again and re-enter the car park with your access medium. As you might have to pay a parking fee please pass by a pay machine before leaving the ca park.
Is it sufficient to use the access medium only at the exit of the car park?
No, for the correct handling of your booking the system needs your access medium at the entry and exit.
Can I enter and leave the car park several times within the reserved parking period?
No, you are only allowed to enter and leave the car park once.
Will I be reimbursed if I leave earlier than reserved?
No, reimbursements are not possible.
What happens if I forget my password?
In this case please click "Forgot password?. We will then send you a new password to your Email address stored in our system. We recommend changing the password afterwards.
What happens if the credit card chosen as access medium is no longer valid at the time of the travel?
Use your new credit card to leave the car park if your old one had expired. You need to take both with you.
